Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (minus credit card processing fee) if you cancel more than 30 days before service date.

• 50% refund if you cancel between 29 and 14 days before service date.

• No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before service date.

• If you decide to cancel your trip within 5 days due to weather, we'll extend a credit on the unused portion of your payment towards a future shuttle with us.

• If Backcountry Found must cancel the shuttle less than 14 days before service date due to any reason beyond the control of Backcountry Found (road closures, forest fire, zombies, etc.), there will be a full refund (minus credit card processing fee).
